Chris’s experience is developed through 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Development. Below are a few of the projects that he has worked on.

Having touched and experienced many facets of the industry in different organizational structures. From working with two of the largest general contractors in Washington State he learned valuable project management and construction engineering skills. Later after returning to school to study Commercial Real Estate and Development at the University of Washington he began to see a much more comprehensive picture for the Real Estate Development process. Taking this understanding he went to work with Goodman Real Estate in their vertically integrated real estate development company. Where he was a part of their construction and new property development team.

  • 43 unit - Midrise Multifamily in Wallingford Neighborhood. Brought on during delayed construction 6 months to finish.

  • 81 unit - Midrise Multifamily in UDistrict. Entitlements with City of Seattle. Nearing breaking ground Jan 2024.

  • 110 unit - Midrise Multifamily in UDistrict. Ongoing Entitlements.

  • 428 unit - Twin Tower High Rise in UDistrict. Ongoing Entitlements.

• Goodman Real Estate - Cost Engineer & Project Manager

  • $32M - Multifamily project 5:2 (construction) project mid cycle re-start to completion

  • $38M - Multifamily project 5:2 (pre-construction)

• Sellen Construction - Senior Project Engineer

  • $49M - Commercial Office Space  9th & Thomas - 230,000 sq. feet TI for Amazon  (MEP, Finish Trades)

  • $52M - Commercial Office Space Kelly Springfield Building - (Structural Concrete, MEP)

  • $18M - Hospital Fuel transfer system & transformer upgrades - (Demo, Shoring, MEP, Life Safety, Large Campus Power Systems, occupied work)

  • $10M - Hospital Generator and switchgear upgrades - (Pre-construction efforts)

  • $2M - Medical Office Building Seismic upgrades (Structural Steel, occupied confined space)

• Peace Corps
